Cancellations made before 7 days of check-in will be refunded in full, without any deduction.

Cancellation fees apply as follows:7-5 days prior to arrival: 25% of the booking amount

5-2 days prior to arrival: 50% of the booking amount

2-1 days prior to arrival: 75% of the booking amount

Same day cancellation and No show: Full Retention
